§ 4.20.040. Bond forms and copies.

A.

Bond Forms. The standards board shall promulgate by regulation the form of the bonds required by Sections 4.20.020 through 4.20.040.

B.

Certified Copies of Bonds. Any person may request and obtain from the metropolitan government a certified copy of a bond upon payment of the cost of reproduction of the bond and postage, if any. A certified copy of the bond shall be prima facie evidence of the contents, execution and delivery of the original.
