§ 4.20.060. Fiscal responsibility.

Every contract modification, change order, or contract price adjustment under a construction contract with the metropolitan government shall be subject to prior written certification by the director of finance that there is a sufficient unencumbered appropriation and allotment balance to cover said obligation.
