§ 4.32.020. Disposal of surplus, obsolete or unused supplies or equipment.

  • The purchasing agent and the director of public property administration shall establish, by rules and regulations, the procedures for determining supplies, materials, and equipment to be surplus, obsolete or unused, and by which their disposition shall be effected. Such rules and regulations shall be subject to the approval of the standards board and the mayor.
