§ 4.44.050. Report to the standards board and the council.

  • The purchasing agent shall annually, before June 1st, report in writing to the standards board and the council concerning the awarding of contracts to small, disadvantaged, and service-disabled veteran owned businesses during the preceding twelve months. The purchasing agents shall provide interim reports to the metropolitan clerk and directly to any member of council who so requests at least quarterly.
