§ 4.48.040. Criminal sanctions.

Latest version.

To the extent that violations of the ethical standards of conduct set forth in Sections 4.48.020 through 4.48.100 constitute violations of the criminal laws of this state, they shall be punishable as provided therein. Such sanctions shall be in addition to the civil remedies set forth in this chapter.
