§ 6.04.040. Consent of property owner and occupant required when.

  • It is unlawful for any person to paint or mark upon any wall or fence or upon any pavement or step or upon other objects about the streets or other public places, any advertisement or any other matter to disfigure the same without the consent, previously obtained, of the owner and of the occupant for the time being of the property to which the object so disfigured may pertain.
