§ 6.20.070. Examination—Failure to appear.

  • The failure of an applicant to appear before the board of electrical examiners and appeals for examination at the time and place scheduled for such examination shall not be construed as denying any applicant the right to request a rescheduling of such examination at a later date; except, that no application for examination and licensure shall be held that pending by the board, except for just cause, for more than ninety days following receipt of such application. In the event an applicant, after due notice, shall fail to appear before the board for examination, during the ninety-day period, as set forth in this section, the application shall be rejected, the applicant notified of the action taken by the board and the examination fee shall be forfeited.
