It shall be the duty of every person who shall make contracts for the installation,
repair, addition or alteration of any electrical system or any part thereof, for which
a permit is required, and every person making such contracts or subletting the same
or any part thereof, to register, as required, with the department of codes administration.
B.
Each joint venture shall comply with Section 6.20.150 and all Metro ordinances and
state laws. Each party to a joint venture must have the appropriate classification.
