It shall be the duty of every person who shall make contracts for the installation,
repair, addition or alteration of any electrical appliance or equipment, for which
a permit is required, to register with the department of codes administration, on
forms provided by the director of codes administration, providing the business address
of the person, the effective date of the conformance bond, the expiration dates of
all required privilege licenses and signatures of all persons authorized to make application
for permits for such person.
