§ 6.20.360. Limitation on work—Penalties for violations.

A.
No electrical work for which a permit is required may be performed by a maintenance electrician. It shall be a misdemeanor for a maintenance electrician to perform electrical work for which a permit is required.
B.
It shall be a misdemeanor for any person to order or otherwise direct a maintenance electrician to perform electrical work for which a permit is required.
