§ 6.26.110. Moving wires.

  • If determined to be necessary to promote the public health, welfare and safety, in case of fire, disaster or other emergency, the metropolitan government may, in its reasonable discretion, take such action with respect to grantee's system in the streets or in metropolitan government buildings as it deems necessary to promote the public health, welfare and safety, in which event the metropolitan government shall not be liable therefor to the grantee.
