§ 6.26.170. Abandonment of right-of-way.

In the event that the metropolitan government shall close or abandon any public street, alley or right-of-way, which contains any portion of grantee's system, any conveyance of land contained in such closed or abandoned public street, alley, highway or right-of-way shall be subject to the rights herein granted.
