§ 6.26.370. Metropolitan government taking part in litigation.

  • The metropolitan government shall have the right to take part in, by intervention or otherwise at its option, in any suit, action, or proceeding instituted by or against grantee in which any judgment, decree, or order can be rendered affecting the rights, powers or duties of grantee to do or not to do anything which, by its franchise or this chapter, it is obligated or may be required to do or not to do or affecting, such as by foreclosure or lien, grantee's title to any facility. Grantee shall not object to the metropolitan government's exercise of such right.
