§ 6.32.030. Municipal auditorium—Disclosure of admission charge.

Any person renting the municipal auditorium for the purposes of retail sales shall be required to disclose any admission charge to the municipal auditorium if any fee or charge is imposed, and the amount of the fees or charges shall be disclosed in all handbills, newspapers, radio and television advertising and shall be conspicuously posted at the municipal auditorium.
