No person engaged in or desiring to engage in the business of plumbing as a metropolitan
plumbing contractor shall be registered or bonded as such by the department of codes
administration unless such person holds a current and valid master plumber's certificate
duly issued by the board of plumbing examiners and appeals.
B.
No person, firm, association or corporation, other than an individual holding a current
and valid master plumber's certificate, as set forth in subsection A of this section,
engaged in or desiring to engage in the business of plumbing as a metropolitan plumbing
contractor, shall be registered or bonded as such by the department of codes administration
unless such person, firm, association or corporation employs the full-time services
of an individual holding a current and valid master plumber's certificate duly issued
by the board of plumbing examiners and appeals.
