§ 6.52.230. Examination required—Fee.

The proprietor, partner or officer of such septic tank and overflow contractor shall successfully complete a written examination, administered by the metropolitan board of plumbing examiners and appeals, designed to test the applicant's ability and knowledge in the field of private sewage disposal systems. The board shall certify the results of the applicant's competency to the director of codes administration. Such examination shall be a prerequisite to registration as a septic tank and overflow contractor. The fee to take the examination shall be twenty-five dollars.
