§ 6.54.100. Display of license or permit.

A.

The license shall be displayed in a conspicuous public place in the sexually oriented business.

B.

The permit shall be carried by or be accessible to the entertainer during that entertainer's working hours and shall be displayed upon request of any member of the police department, health inspector, or board inspector.

C.

If the business for which a license was issued ceases to exist in that a majority of the business assets have been liquidated, or the business has closed and ceased operations, then the license shall be returned to the board and cease to be valid.
