§ 6.54.120. Hours of operation.

A.

All sexually oriented businesses shall be closed between the hours of three a.m. and eight a.m. Monday through Saturday and between the hours of three a.m. and twelve noon on Sundays.

B.

All public areas of every sexually oriented business shall be open to inspection at any time during normal business hours by the following departments: police, codes, board inspector, and health.
