§ 6.60.070. Reuse of containers.

Secondhand tubs, barrels or drums intended for reuse as containers of inedible material shall be of metal and shall be inspected when received at the rendering plant for leaks and broken seams. Those showing evidence of leaks or broken seams may be used only for dry material. Reuse of containers shall be allowed only after thorough washing and steam cleaning.
