§ 6.60.090. Handling diseased carcasses.

A.

All persons who dress or handle diseased carcasses or parts thereof shall cleanse their hands of grease, wash them thoroughly, rinse them in clean water and immerse them in a disinfectant solution at the completion of such operation.

B.

All utensils, equipment and implements used in dressing or handling diseased carcasses shall be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected at the completion of such operation.
