§ 6.64.090. Denial of permit.

Latest version.

The clerk shall deny an application for a permit or any renewal of a permit under this chapter if the clerk determines that the applicant has:
A.

Made any material misrepresentation or false statement in the application for the permit; or

B.

Failed to obtain a business tax license as required by law; or

C.

Been convicted of any of the enumerated crimes and offenses set forth in Section 6.64.080 of this chapter.
