§ 6.68.070. Application—Notice of approval or disapproval—Issuance of permit.

A.

Upon approval or disapproval of any application for a permit under this chapter, the sealer of weights and measures shall post a public notice of this decision in his office. He shall, at the same time, transmit notice of his decision to the applicant and to the purchasing agent.

B.

If, after ten days from the date of a decision of the sealer of weights and measures, approving an application, no protest or appeal has been filed, the division of purchases shall issue such applicant a solid fuel permit.
