§ 6.68.090. Special permits issued when.

A special permit may be issued to a consumer, authorizing importation of a specified quantity of coal upon specified weights and measures for the inspection of such coal prior to unloading, for which a fee of twenty-five cents shall be collected. Any person hauling coal within the metropolitan government area under such special permit shall keep a duplicate copy thereof in his possession.
