The sealer of weights and measures shall keep a public register of each solid fuel
permit issued, by the number thereof, the name of the person to whom it is issued,
the date when issued, the date of expiration of the same, the amount paid therefor,
the amount of the bond furnished by the permittee upon making application for such
permit, together with the name and address of the surety, the number of vehicles,
a description of each vehicle registered and such other information as he may reasonably
require and such information as may be required by this chapter or any other ordinance
with respect to the storing, handling, importing, selling, hauling, trading or exchanging,
transporting, delivering, distributing, advertising or offering for sale, delivery
or distribution, use or consumption of any solid fuel in the metropolitan government
area.
