§ 6.72.280. Operating records and reports.

    Every holder of a certificate of public convenience and necessity shall keep accurate records of receipts of operation, operating and other expenses, expenditures and such other operating information as may be required by the metropolitan transportation licensing commission. Every such holder shall, for a period of twelve months, or such period as may otherwise be set by the commission, maintain the records containing such information and other information required by this chapter at a place readily accessible for examination by the metropolitan transportation licensing commission.

    B.

    Every holder of a certificate of public convenience and necessity shall keep accurate daily records of the drivers and vehicles on duty, including the times in and out of service. The forms utilized shall include information required by the metropolitan transportation licensing commission.
