§ 6.73.220. Alcohol in a LSV.

A.

A certificate holder or driver violates this chapter if he or she provides an alcoholic beverage to a passenger for a fee or as part of the passenger transport service.

B.

A certificate holder or LSV driver violates this chapter if he or she provides, stocks, or otherwise permits any alcoholic beverage in the LSV.
