§ 6.73.490. Inspectors—Reporting or citing violations.

The inspectors of the metropolitan government are authorized and are instructed to observe the conduct of holders of certificates and permits operating under this chapter. Upon discovering a violation of the provisions of this chapter, the inspector may either report the violation to the MTLC, which will order or take appropriate action, or issue a citation as authorized under this chapter.
