Upon approval of an application for a pedicab driver's permit, the MTLC director shall
issue a permit to the applicant, which shall bear the name, driver's permit number,
height, date of birth, photograph of the applicant, and other information deemed appropriate.
B.
Every driver shall at all times conspicuously display a permit either on the clothing
of the driver's upper body or upon the pedal carriage or pedicab. A driver shall allow
the MTLC director, MTLC inspector, or a police officer to examine the permit upon
request.
