If any person is found operating any pedal carriage or pedicab within the metropolitan
government area without a valid pedicab driver's permit on behalf of any holder of
a certificate of necessity and public convenience, the MTLC director may immediately
take action to suspend or revoke the certificate.
B.
A person whose pedicab driver's permit is suspended shall not drive a pedal carriage
or pedicab within the metropolitan government area during the period of suspension.
