§ 6.75.180. Expiration—Issuance and replacement fee.

A.

Each pedicab driver's permit shall be issued for a period of one year, or until March 31.

B.

A permit may be issued to qualified applicants upon the payment of twenty dollars plus the costs of investigation. If the permit for the preceding year has been revoked, no new permit shall be issued without prior MTLC approval. A fee of ten dollars shall be charged for all replacement driver permits. Such fees shall be in addition to the cost of any investigation.
