§ 6.75.360. Rate schedule and card for pedicabs.
A.
No owner or driver of a pedicab shall charge a greater sum for the use of a pedicab or pedal carriage than what is reported to the MTLC and is posted in plain view on the vehicle. The basis for calculating the amount of the charge for the use of a pedicab or pedal carriage shall be displayed on the pedicab or pedal carriage at all times.
B.
The rate cards shall be displayed conspicuously on the pedicab in such a position that it can be read easily by the occupants of the vehicle. Failure to display the rate card in a conspicuous manner shall be grounds for revocation or suspension of the permit for operation of the pedicab in which the rate card was not properly displayed.
C.
Passengers shall be informed of the rate prior to embarking.
