§ 6.76.110. Refusal to permit testing—Tampering with device.

It is unlawful for any person to refuse to permit the sealer of weights and measures or weighmaster to test or verify his measures, scales, weights or devices at any reasonable hour, or to change or tamper with any device for weighing and measuring after the same has been tested and sealed by the sealer of weights and measures.
