§ 6.76.140. Reweighing or remeasuring.

The sealer of weights and measures or weighmaster shall have the right to have any commodity, the weighing or measuring of which is provided for in this chapter and Chapter 6.68, to be reweighed or remeasured; and it is unlawful for the dealer to refuse to submit to a request for such action. The sealer of weights and measures and the weighmaster shall have the right to require coal, coke, sand, gravel or any commodity sold in truck lots to be reweighed on the public scales.
