§ 6.76.160. Containers—Net contents and weight statements.

The net contents of all commodities sold in containers or boxes shall be plainly printed or stenciled on such containers or boxes, or on tags firmly attached to such containers or boxes, expressed in terms of the exact net weight of the contents. It is unlawful for any person to sell or offer for sale, at wholesale or retail, display, advertise or otherwise represent such net weight erroneously and falsely.
