§ 6.76.190. Petroleum products sales—Tolerances allowed.

A.

In the sale of gasoline, kerosene, benzene, cleaning fluids or like fluids, the tolerance shall be one cubic inch per gallon.

B.

For other petroleum products, meaning fuel oil, motor oil and like products, the tolerance shall be:

In quantities of less than one gallon 1½%

From one to fifteen gallons 1%

Over fifteen gallons .1%
