§ 6.80.165. Annual renewal.

All wrecker operation licenses shall expire annually the year following the date on which the certificate was issued. All certificates may be renewed by the director for each successive year. A renewal fee of one hundred dollars for each approved permit to operate a wrecker shall be charged at the annual renewal of the wrecker operation license. Failure to renew a license prior to its expiration shall result in forfeiture of the license.
