§ 6.80.340. Annual renewal.

All driver's permits shall expire biennially the second year following the date on which the permit was issued. All driver's permits may be renewed by the director for each successive term. A renewal fee in an amount to be established by the commission based upon the cost of processing, including cost of investigation, for each approved permit to operate a wrecker shall be charged at the biennial renewal of the driver's permit. Failure to renew a permit prior to its expiration shall result in forfeiture of the permit.
