§ 6.80.445. Daily manifests.

Every licensee shall maintain or cause to be maintained a daily manifest upon which is recorded all vehicles transported or towed each day showing the time and place of origin and destination of each trip, mileage and type of vehicle and the amount of charge or rate. Every licensee shall retain and preserve all manifests in a safe place for at least the calendar year next preceding the current calendar year and such manifests shall be made available to the commission or its inspectors at all times.
