All provisions of this chapter shall be governed by the penalties for general ordinance
violations found in Section 1.01.030. Each twenty-four-hour period a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter
continues shall constitute a separate violation.
B.
The imposition of a penalty under subsection A of this section does not prevent the
use of other enforcement remedies or procedures applicable to the person or persons
charged with the conduct or involved in the violation, including probation, suspension
or revocation of their license or ability to perform nonconsent towing, or such other
actions as are within the authority of the commission.
