§ 6.80.040. Assistance in enforcement by police officers.

Officers of the department of metropolitan police shall have authority to enforce this chapter. A police officer, upon observing a violation of this chapter or of any regulation established by the director pursuant to this chapter, shall take necessary enforcement action to insure effective regulation of vehicle tow services and vehicle storage facilities.
