§ 6.81.190. Hearing for applicant for license.

A.

Prior to the issuance of any license provided for in this chapter, the commission shall hold a public hearing for the applicant after giving the applicant at least a fifteen-day notice of the time and place of such hearing.

B.

The commission is empowered to make all such rules and regulations which it considers necessary and proper for any hearings provided for by this chapter.
