§ 6.82.010. Prices of goods and services to remain the same after state of emergency.

  • The sale or offering for sale of any goods, services or materials at prices in excess of those prices for the same or similar goods, services or materials that were in existence prior to the date of a natural disaster that results in the declaration of a state of emergency by the Governor of the State of Tennessee or by the mayor shall be and the same is hereby prohibited for ninety days following the date of such natural disaster.
