§ 6.82.020. Exception.

  • Any person initially doing business after the date of a natural disaster as described in Section 6.82.010 and any person that can demonstrate that their cost of the particular goods, services or materials have increased since the date of the natural disaster as described in Section 6.82.010 shall be exempt from the provisions of this chapter, provided that the prices at which they offer to sell goods, services or materials is not more than the reasonable price prior to the date of such natural disaster and any increased cost can be demonstrated independently from the effects of such natural disaster.
