§ 7.08.050. Application—Submittal to police department before approval.

    The metropolitan beer permit board shall submit the necessary information of each applicant for a permit to the police department for the purpose of ascertaining if the applicant has ever been arrested or convicted of any offense which would prohibit the issuance of a permit.

    B.

    Alternatively, the police department may provide the board with computer access to their records revealing the required information and provide assistance so that the board may conduct its own checks.
