§ 7.16.040. Sales beyond permitted limits prohibited when.

It shall be unlawful for any person to sell at retail any alcoholic beverages beyond the limits of the area defined in Section 7.16.030, at any location or place therein where a retail liquor license, as presently issued, has been revoked, abandoned, surrendered or transferred by lease, or where the owner thereof has prior to the expiration of such license failed to apply for a renewal of the same.
