§ 7.16.060. Premises—Visibility of interior.

  • It is the policy of this chapter that to the fullest extent, consistent with the nature of the establishment, full, free and unobstructed vision shall be afforded from the street and public highway of the interior of the place of sale or dispensing of alcoholic beverages sold or dispensed therein. The provisions of this section shall not be applicable to an artisan distillery as defined in Section 17.04.060 of the metropolitan code.
