§ 7.16.100. Prohibited for premises outside lawful area.

No certificate of compliance shall be granted entitling the applicant to apply for a license from the alcoholic beverage commission to sell an alcoholic spirituous beverage at retail in respect to premises situated outside of the area defined in Section 7.16.030.
