§ 7.20.020. Suspension and revocation of permit—Authority.

In addition to any other penalty which may be imposed, the beer permit board shall
have the power, within its discretion, in addition to any other penalty imposed, to
suspend for a fixed period of time or to revoke permanently any wholesaler, distributor,
retailer or manufacturer's beer permit, for any violation of this article, upon giving
written notice to such wholesaler, distributor, retailer or manufacturer, in the manner
and by the procedure prescribed by ordinance and the rules and regulations of the
beer permit board governing the revocation of permits issued by it.
