§ 10.20.250. Building debris—Responsibility for removal.

The owner of any premises that generates building debris such as scrap lumber, plaster, roofing, concrete, brickbats and sanding dust resulting from the construction, repair, remodeling or demolition of any building or appurtenances shall be responsible for the private collection and disposal of such material.
