§ 10.20.330. Tip fee—Wood waste, chipper residue and yard waste.

A.

Every person disposing of wood waste at a facility owned or operated by the metropolitan government shall pay to the metropolitan government a tip fee.

B.

The director shall determine the costs incurred by the department in operating said wood waste facility that are sufficient to allow the department to recover such costs in full. The schedule of fees and charges in effect at any time shall be placed on file in the office of the metropolitan clerk.
